Switzerland has extended until May 31, 2016 labor market restrictions for Bulgarians and Romanians. These are maintained for all employed and service providers from economic sectors, such as construction, cleaning services and security. In the case of Romanian and Bulgarian citizens, Switzerland uses at most the transitory regime provided by the second protocol to the agreement on the free movement of persons concluded with the European Union. Defense Minister, Mircea Dusa, said that Romania will withdraw its combat forces from Afghanistan, on June, 29. Mister Dusa also said that only military instructors and trainers will remain in the future in Afganistan. "Further, as our partners in the United States specified", said Mircea Dusa, "we will remain in Afghanistan with about 200 troops, who will train Afghan soldiers and, sure, we also have a unit deployed there and we are honored that in the last two years we provided security and safety at Kandahar Airport, where there is one of the largest military bases in the world".
